Franklin Davis, Founder and CEO, and Tiffanie Davis, COO, leveraged their diverse experiences to build an IPA agency that truly supports youth and HYPE’s staff by creating an environment where everyone can thrive through positivity, teamwork and guidance. They have experience working at Evelyn's House and the Family Nurturing Center, along with many years of coaching youth locally, civic engagement, volunteerism and have extensive business backgrounds. They have a strong passion for helping youth, and in turn strengthening their community.
In order to help even more youth and to introduce more caring, talented individuals to the field, Franklin, a born mentor, has lightened his personal case load so he can guide others in fostering meaningful relationships with young people. They both want to create a group of employees who are HYPEd to do the work.
Recognizing the flexibility and impact that being an IPA provider can have, they are dedicated to training and growing. HYPE breaks down everything you need to get started into steps - making it easy to learn and excel, AND Franklin will be with you for each step of the learning process (including your first visit) so you can learn how to make a real impact on your community!
HYPE is always looking for people who have a passion for mentoring, youth and community to join their team.
